Every lead tagged. Every rupee accounted for.
Ads, website forms, WhatsApp and the CRM wired into one system, so you can see which campaign, ad set, ad and form produced each lead, what it cost, and whether it turned into a qualified conversation and a meeting.

What it is
Most businesses that run ads have the same blind spot. Meta says it delivered leads, Google says it delivered leads, the website form goes to an inbox, WhatsApp chats sit on one phone, and the sales team keeps its own sheet. Nobody can say which ad produced the customer who actually paid, so budgets get set by feel.
A lead system fixes that by treating attribution as plumbing, not as a report. Every entry point, whether a Meta instant form, a Google lead form, a website form, or a click-to-WhatsApp ad, writes into one CRM. Each lead arrives with tags: the source platform, the campaign, the ad set, the ad, and, for website leads, the exact form and page plus the UTM and click identifiers from the visit. Spend syncs in from the ad accounts on a schedule. The dashboard then shows cost per lead, cost per qualified lead and cost per meeting for every ad, with no spreadsheets in between.
Qualification flows back the other way too. When a lead is marked qualified in the CRM, the ad platform is told, so Meta and Google optimise towards people who turn into real conversations rather than people who fill in forms.
What we build
- One CRM for every lead. Website forms, Meta lead forms, Google lead forms, WhatsApp chats and leads added by hand, in a single pipeline with stages, owners, notes and follow-ups.
- Source tagging on every lead. Platform, campaign, ad set, ad, form, landing page, UTM parameters and click ids, captured automatically and kept with the lead.
- Server-side sync. Ad spend, lead forms and campaign status pulled from the Meta and Google APIs on a schedule, so the numbers are there whether or not anyone is at a laptop.
- Qualified-lead feedback. Conversion events sent back to the ad platforms when a lead qualifies or books, so the algorithm learns what a good lead looks like for you.
- Routing and follow-up. New leads to the right person in seconds, reminders that recur until they are done, and meetings booked straight into the team calendar.
- One dashboard. Leads, qualified leads, meetings, spend and cost per outcome by source, campaign and ad, for any date range, in one place the whole team can open.
How it works
- Discover
We audit the ad accounts, the forms, the site, the CRM (if there is one) and the sales process. We find where leads enter, where they leak, and what nobody can currently measure.
1 week - Design
A data model for leads and attribution, the tag scheme, the pipeline stages, the sync schedule and the dashboard layout, written up and agreed. Fixed price locked.
1 week - Build
Entry points connected one by one, each verified end to end with a real test lead: submit, check the tags, see it on the dashboard. Spend sync, feedback events and routing follow.
2–4 weeks - Run
The team works from the CRM from day one. We watch the first weeks of real traffic with you, tune the tags and stages, and hand over the documentation.
ongoing
Typical deliverables
- A CRM (hosted in your own accounts, or built on your existing one) with every lead source connected.
- Attribution capture on the website: forms carry form name, page, UTM and click ids into the CRM.
- Webhooks and scheduled sync for Meta and Google lead forms, ad spend and campaign status.
- Conversion feedback to the ad platforms for qualified leads and booked meetings.
- A dashboard with cost per lead, per qualified lead and per meeting by source, campaign, ad set, ad and form.
- Routing, follow-up reminders and calendar booking, with the documentation to run it.
Who it is for
- Businesses spending real money on Meta or Google ads and unable to say which ads pay back.
- Sales teams working leads from WhatsApp, email and sheets at the same time.
- Agencies and founders who want the ad platforms optimising for qualified leads, not form fills.
- Companies that want the reporting to run itself, not depend on one person's laptop.
- Media buying as a service. We build and connect the system; we can work with your media buyer or recommend one.
- Buying lead lists or cold outreach at scale. That is not what this is.
Tools we use
What people askabout lead systems.
We already have a CRM. Do we have to replace it?
No. If your CRM has an API we connect the entry points to it and add the tagging there. We build a CRM only when there is none, or when the existing one cannot hold the attribution and pipeline you need.
How do you know which ad a website lead came from?
Ad clicks arrive with UTM parameters and platform click ids (gclid for Google, fbclid for Meta). A small script on the site remembers the first and last of these for the visitor, and every form submission sends them along with the form name and page. The CRM resolves them into source, campaign and ad tags.
What about leads that come in on WhatsApp?
Click-to-WhatsApp ads pass the ad, ad set and campaign into the conversation, and our WhatsApp AI assistant records them with the chat. Organic WhatsApp enquiries are tagged as such, and links from the site pre-fill a message that names the page the visitor came from.
Does any of this depend on someone's laptop?
No. Webhooks and scheduled jobs run on hosted infrastructure in your accounts. Spend and lead forms sync on a timer, the dashboard reads from the database, and the team can open it from any device.
Can the ad platforms learn from our qualified leads?
Yes. When a lead is marked qualified or books a meeting, a conversion event is sent to Meta (and Google where applicable) against the originating ad. Over a few weeks the platforms shift delivery towards people who look like your qualified leads.
