01What this page is for

You can ask TUVI Digital to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This covers data from our website enquiry form, from our lead adverts on Facebook and Instagram, from WhatsApp and phone conversations with us, and any data the TUVI Digital app received through Meta’s APIs.

It is free, and you do not need to give a reason.

02How to request deletion

Use whichever is easiest:

1. The form at the bottom of this page.
2. WhatsApp: send “Delete my data” to +91 98990 32397 from the number you want removed.
3. Email: write to contact@tuvidigital.in with the subject “Delete my data”.
4. Phone: call +91 98990 32397.

Tell us the phone number and email address you used with us, so we can find every record. We may ask a question to confirm the request really comes from you.

03What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• We delete your data from our live systems within 30 days: the enquiry database, our CRM, WhatsApp conversation history and any lead records received from Meta.
• Copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
• We confirm to you once deletion is complete.

04What we may need to keep

We may retain a limited record where the law requires it, for example invoices and tax records for clients, or a note of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again. We keep only what is necessary and for only as long as required.

05Removing our app and stopping messages

• Stop WhatsApp messages: reply STOP to any message from us. You can also block the number in WhatsApp.
• Remove the TUVI Digital app from Facebook: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select TUVI Digital and choose Remove. This stops further access; to delete data already received, send a request as described above.
• Data held by one of our clients: if you contacted another business that uses our services, ask that business, or ask us and we will forward your request to them.
