How we choose the right build
People rarely arrive asking for "an automation" or "an agent". They arrive with a symptom: leads go cold over the weekend, invoices take three people to approve, the sales team re-types WhatsApp chats into a sheet, the Monday report is always a day late. The first job is to find where the bottleneck actually sits, because that decides which of the six services applies and, often, that the fix is smaller than expected.
Start with the task, not the technology
In Discover we sit with the people doing the work and map the task end to end: the trigger, every tool it touches, every decision a human makes, and what goes wrong when it is late. The decisions are the interesting part. A decision that follows a rule is automation. A decision that needs judgement over messy text is an agent with a person in the loop. A decision that depends on a number nobody has is a data problem first.
Prefer wiring over replacing
Most bottlenecks are gaps between tools that each work fine on their own. We would rather connect your CRM, sheets, WhatsApp and accounting properly than sell you a new platform. We only recommend replacing a tool when it is the thing that is actually broken.
Ship the smallest version that changes the week
Every proposal names one measurable change for the first release: hours handed back, response time, leads not lost. Everything else goes into a second release. That keeps the first build inside two to six weeks and gives you a working system to judge us on before committing to more.
Hand over, properly
Whatever we build runs on accounts you own, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough. If we disappeared, your team could keep it running. Many clients keep us on a retainer for monitoring and the next idea, but that is a choice.
