Day 1 - A 30-minute scoping call
On Google Meet or a phone callback. We walk through the workflow as it runs today, the tools involved, who touches it, and what "done" looks like for you. No slides.
Day 2–3 - Discover and a fixed-price proposal
A short Discover sprint with the people doing the work, then a written proposal: scope, architecture, timeline and a fixed price for the first version. You can push back on every line before anything is built.
Week 1 - Build in the open, ship, hand over
Weekly working demos, a shared Slack or WhatsApp group, then deployment, training and documentation. You own the code, the data and the keys from day one.

What should I put in the brief?
The task that annoys you most. Who does it, how often, which tools it touches, and what goes wrong when it is late. One honest paragraph beats a formal requirements document; we will do the structuring with you in Discover.
How do you charge?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a short Discover and Design phase, paid by milestone, and we also work on monthly retainers for ongoing automation and iteration. Tell us the scope and we reply with the next step. See Process.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in the Gulf, Europe and North America, and overlap with your working hours for calls and demos.
Will I be talking to a bot?
On WhatsApp, at first, yes: our own AI assistant collects the basics and books a time, so you are never waiting on a reply. Every brief and every call is handled by a person on the team.
What do you do with my details?
They go into our CRM so we can reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages.
